Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of Engagement
VADsoft Private Limited provides professional architectural design, structural engineering, MEPF consultancy, digital BIM/VDC coordination, and turnkey construction execution under formal written contracts specifying mutually agreed deliverables, milestone schedules, and technical standards.
2. Intellectual Property & Drawings
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed client agreement, all proprietary computational scripts, custom Dynamo routines, and internal BIM templates developed by VADsoft remain the intellectual property of VADsoft Private Limited. Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and project-specific deliverables are granted for use exclusively on the designated project site.
3. Site Safety & Professional Standards
All physical construction operations and site inspections are conducted under VADsoft's documented Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, with mandatory PPE requirements and toolbox talks aimed at our documented zero-accident target.
4. Governing Law
Commercial contracts and professional engagements entered into with VADsoft Private Limited are governed by the applicable laws of Maharashtra, India, unless an international cross-border jurisdiction is formally executed in contract.
